Hi I'm reymar blancia

I'm a Mormon. im missionary im, serving in philippines Baguio Mission. year 2012-2014

About Me

graduated highschool . went to college for a bit. and now im serving a mission.. i love this work so much..

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, but like all those that are going to stay in the church are those who receive a testimony, so I put it to test and I now have a testimony that all the teachings in the church are true. Through living the commandments, reading the BOOK OF MORMON, and prayer, I know that this is the same church that Jesus Christ organized.

How I live my faith

Everyday is an opportunity for me to live my faith. I face different kinds of obstacles everyday, whether big or small, and living my faith can be as simple as facing these obstacles with trust in the Lord and the hope that He will provide a way for me to overcome them. One specific way I live my faith everyday is by serving as the full time missionary in this area. As a Missionary, my duties include teaching the principles of the Gospel to many people, and invite them to come unto Christ. Our Saviour, Jesus Christ, taught us how to love each other and serve one another, and it's by loving and serving the people that I am able to live His teachings and live my faith.

What is faith?

Faith in God is more than a theoretical belief in Him. To have faith in God is to trust Him, to have confidence in Him, and to be willing to act on your belief in Him. It is a principle of action and power. Show more Show less

What is being a Mormon like?

One of the greatest reasons for being here on earth is to "have joy" (2 Nephi 2:25). Personal prayer, scripture study, and attending church helps us better understand that the best way to find joy and happiness in this life is to know about Our Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to strive to keep God's "law" (Proverbs 29:18). Families are an essential part of God's Plan and much of how we live focuses on our families. We want to share the happiness we enjoy with everyone we can through service, missionary work, and contributing to society. Show more Show less
