Hi I'm Brandt

I'm a Mormom. I know it, I live it, and I love it!

About Me

I am 21 years old. I absolutely love hunting, camping and really just anything that has to do with the great outdoors! Some of my favorite indoor hobbies/pass-times are; board games, playing guitar, watching movies with family and friends, and especially having a nice home cooked meal and visiting with family around the dinner table.

Why I am a Mormon

Throughout my earlier teenage years I struggled with my testimony on the Restored gospel. I wasn't engaged in church activities and didn't particularly enjoy attending church, and because of that I didn't have the Spirit to constantly be with me. Because of that I was mixed up with the wrong crowd and wasn't staying out of trouble. Untill the day that I realized that I wasn't doing anything good. The Spirit had touched my heart and I decided that I needed to change. I changed schools, friends, started attending church regularly and became anxiously engaged in a good cause. This mighty change of heart happened all because of the whisperings of the Holy Spirit. I am a Mormon because I have seen the Gospel bless my life and all for the better. It has brought me through the depths of sorrow and lonlieness and will continue to do so as long as I remain faithful and stay close to my Heavenly Father. This is not only a religion that you say you're a part of on sundays. It is a way of life, and if lived blessings are given so much that we will not have room enough to recieve them.

How I live my faith

My faith is my lifestyle! I do my very best to reflect my Savior in all that I do. I love to help out those in need and to provide service at public sites. I am currently serving a full-time mission and there is no better way that I could be living my faith than by sacrificing this time to served the Lord.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Brandt
As missionaries we share a message about Jesus Christ and His Atonement for everyone. We teach about the Plan of Salvation or Plan of Happieness that our Heavenly Father has in store for us which explains where we came from, what we're doing here on Earth and where we are going. We also teach about the Doctrine of Christ. We teach that the Doctrine of Christ is the only way to return to live with our Heavenly Father. Which is by recieving the ordinances and principles of the gosple. Faith in Jesus Christ, Repentance, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins, recieving the Holy Ghost, and Enduring to the End. Show more Show less
