Hi I'm Gosuke Kawano

I was born in Japan. I am a full-time missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Japan until when I was eighteenth years old and went to Oahu in order to go to the Brigham Young University-Hawaii. I think I turned nineteenth years old about a couple of days after I got to Oahu. I am very grateful for the experiences I had to get to know may people from many different countries. I like to play any kind of sports, especially soccer. I practiced a martial art, soccer, and soft-tennis as a part of the team. I know that family can be together forever as each one of us strives to live this precious plan God has created for all humankind.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was about three years old, my family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was raised as a member of the church, and I got baptized when I was eight years old. However, I didn't have any personal testimony of the gospel. I was just going to the church because I had good friends at the church. I didn't used to read the scriptures or things I should have done diligently. Since I started trying to read the scriptures and apply them into my life, I have been able to see the changes in my life. I know that all of us can taste the blessings out of following this message.

How I live my faith

I think the way to live my faith is to study the gospel and strive to apply it into my life.
