Hi I'm Tiah Marie Bickley

I am a twin, I grew up in Washington, I want to be a nurse, I'm a missionary in the Texas Fort Worth Mission and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Fortuna California and I was raised in Anacortes Washington. There are 6 kids in our family and im a twin. My mom raised 4 kids by herself until I was about 12 years old. Then my mom remarried and now we have a wonderful dad who loves and cares about us. I know that our famly will be together for time and eternity. I am going to BYU-Idaho and majoring in Nursing. I love helping kids and so I have always wanted to be a nurse. Right now I am serving a full-time mission in Texas Fort Worth and love it with all my heart. Love sharing the gospel with others and giving them that joy and happiness that I have been blessed with. I also love to sing because it brings me peace and happiness always.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that my Savior lives and loves me. My mom raised us in the church and I learned so much from her. She always had alot of Faith and never gave up when struggles came her way. I could tell that her savior means everything thing to her and I wanted the same. When my mom remarried my dad became a convert and we were truly blessed to be sealed to them for time and eternity. Kneeling over the alter as a family was amazing and I couldnt deny that ths church was true. From then on I wanted to strengthen my testimony and do all that I could to be an example to those around me and share it with them. I know that as we have faith and trust in our Heavenly Father every moment of ourlives we will truly be blessed and will have true happiness.

How I live my faith

I am by no means perfect in every way shape or form, but I try to do all that is asked of me because I love my savior so much and want to show my love and gratitude for all that he has done for me. I continually look for opportunities to share the gospel with others. I also read my scriptures daily and pray for guidance in all that I do. This gospel has blessed me so much and I truly know who I am and know where I am going. I was struggling with somethings in my life and didnt know what to do so I attended the temple 2 days a week and fasted 2 days a week and gave everything to my Heavenly Father. One day while sitting in the Temple I got this overwhelming feeling that I needed to serve a mission and that everything would be ok. When I got home from school my bishop talked with me and he had the same feeling so that night I went home and talked with my parents and then started filling out my papers. It has been the best decission ever and has truly blessed my life. Love sharing this gospel with others and testifying of the enabling power of the atonement and how much our savior loves us.
