Hi I'm Tina

I am a mother, grandmother, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother, grandmother, and I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon all my life. I know without a doubt that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is True. I have seen my children and others blessed through the blessings of the Priesthood. I believe that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God. I know that we have a prophet today, Thomas S. Monson, who is the head of the church. They have prophesied many things that have come to pass, and many things that still will come to pass in the future. When I was baptized, I had the most wonderful and warm feelings. I felt like all my sins were truly washed away. Since my husband passed away in 2011, I would have been devastated if I didn't know that God loved me enough to give me a Comforter to keep me though the loneliness and trials that I have faced and still have to face. That I otherwise would have had to face alone.

How I live my faith

I try to live my life in a way that my Father in Heaven will be proud of me. I keep the commandments, read my scriptures, and pray daily. I go to the temple as often as I can and do the ordinances that we are commanded to do. I pay my tithing, do my calling in Relief Society to the best of my ability. I serve others which gives me great joy. I kneel down every night and morning and thank my Father in Heaven for all the blessings that He has blessed me with. When I ask Him for something, I say if it be thy will. Not my will. I am honest in my dealings with others, and try to be a good neighbor to all. I try to teach my children and grandchildren right from wrong. My greatest desire is for them to become active in the church and become worthy to go to the temple so we can be sealed together as a family forever.
