Hi I'm Reggie Lewis

I'm a California boy. I work in the sports broadcasting industry. I'm a proud brother and son. I love America. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a producer at the NFL Network. It's my dream job and I love what I do. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. I love sports, movies, traveling and hanging out with friends and family. I've lived all over the U.S. and have been blessed with great friends everywhere I've lived. I love meeting people. I'm always down to have a good time and to help other people smile and I love being a friend to everyone. I come from a family of 6. I'm the oldest, with 2 sisters and a brother. They are my best friends in the world. We have a blast together. I have 2 of the coolest parents ever and as a family, we love to spend time together and go on vacations, laugh and create memories. I also have a large extended family and we love to get together as well. They are the best. There's also the friends that I consider family. I have great friends who have helped make me into the person I am today. And finally, there's my relationship with God and Jesus Christ. I had the opportunity to serve a 2 year LDS mission in Orlando, Florida and share with people the love that God has for them. It was 2 of the most amazing years of my life and I met lifelong friends as I tried to serve God and the amazing people of Florida. Life is good. I don't consider myself special, but I have been blessed in a huge way and I'm grateful to God for it. Life couldn't be better.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have prayed and felt God's love. I believe that God and Jesus Christ love us. I believe that we are all children of God, that He is the Father of our Spirits and that He loves us more than we can even comprehend. I believe that Jesus Christ is His Perfect Son, who suffered for our sins so that we could return to live with God if we keep His commandments and do our best while here on Earth. I believe that we are all a part of God's family and that He put us in our families here on Earth for a reason. Nothing happens by chance. Everything in our lives happens for a reason and God is behind that. I believe that when we pray, we can talk to God directly and that He will answer our prayers because He loves us. I believe that God used prophets to talk to His children in bible times. I believe that He is the same God yesterday, today and forever and that we have a living prophet and 12 Apostles here on the earth today, just as in Jesus' day. I believe that God speaks to us through His prophets and apostles so we can know how to return to Him and live in heaven with Him again. My faith has made me who I am. It has taught me how to be a good citizen, how to serve and focus on others and how to try and love everyone that I meet because God loves them. My faith and this church has given me hope and strength when life has gotten tough and has made me happy regardless of my circumstances. Because of that, I want to share it with everyone that I know and come in contact with. I love God. I know that this is the restored church of Jesus Christ and that we have a living prophet of God. His name is Thomas S. Monson. I invite you to learn more and ask God if this church is for you and if what we share is true. I know He will answer you because He loves you more than you even know.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to treat others the way that God and Jesus Christ would want me to treat them. I figure life is a amazing gift so I try to make the most of it every day and spread as much happiness and cheer as I can. I love life. I love being involved in service projects of any kind and to try and help people feel happy and to know that God loves and cares about them. Everyone is a special son or daughter of God and I try to treat everyone that way. We're all brothers and sisters and it makes life awesome knowing we can help one another. I attend church services on Sundays and church activities during the week and invite friends to come with me. I also serve in my church by helping people do their "family history" by searching for their ancestors and learning about them. I have loved being able to learn more about my ancestors and where they came from, who they were and how they met. I love being able to help others connect with their ancestors. I help the missionaries of our church teach others about the church and about our beliefs in Jesus Christ. Ultimately, it's all about sharing and trying to help others find happiness.
