Hi I'm Kaid

I grew up in Utah. Im a Machinist for Sprocket Specialists. I race Motocross. Im a Mormon!

About Me

I am currently serving a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I am a machinist for Sprocket Specialists where I build chain-wheels for motocross bikes, street bikes, quads, sand-rails, and anything else that uses a chain and sprocket! I love to hunt for deer, elk, ducks, and anything else that moves! My motto for life is "Work Hard, Play Harder!"

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I always had a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But it has taken me years to become truly converted to this gospel. I have chosen to be converted to Christ's church because I know without a shadow of a doubt that this church is the same church that Christ established when he was on the earth and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is ran and operated the same way now as it was when it was origanally established! I continue to follow the Prophet of this church, Thomas S. Monson, because the revelation he recieves I know is directly from Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ, and the principles he teaches me strengthens my family and I and gives me that solid foundation to build my life on. That solid foundation is Jesus Christ, who bled from every pore, suffered for my sins, and died on the cross for me and I know that if men build a foundation on the restored gospel of Jesus Christ they will be building on a foundation on which they cannot fall from. I am thankful for the Plan of Hapiness that has been laid out for my family and I so that we can be together for time an all eternity, I know that families are forever. I know that Joseph Smith is a true prophet and that he did in fact translate the Book of Mormon. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Christ's true and living church and that it is True.

How I live my faith

A huge part of living my faith is the joy that comes from the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Rarely is there ever a dull moment in my life. I strive to make the best of every situation and the gospel has helped me to have a positive outlook on every aspect of my life! Growing up I was able to learn good values through my parents who taught me the basics of the Church and I was able to also live my faith through the Boy Scouts of America program with friends that I had in the Latter Day Saint Church. I live my faith by attending church services every Sunday, serving a 2 year full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and always trying to set an example where I go, whether that be an example to the youth or an example to someone I just met, I try to incorporate the values of faith, hard work, intergrity, honesty, and perserverance with everyone I come in contact with. Because of the testimony and conversion I have to the Restored Gospel I plan to someday raise my children in an enviroment where they may be able to also learn values of Prayer, Scripture Study, and Family Home Evening, and to show them the blessings that come from being a member of this church so they can choose for themselves if they want to become Latter Day Saints. I am thankful for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
