Hi I'm Jace

I live for my family. One of my passions though, is sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Something that I enjoy in life, almost as much as my family, is definitely sports. Sports are my passion in life. Soccer is my absolute favorite and always will be. But then again I've never tried joining a rugby league. I've never been big on schooling, but I do realize why it's important. I'll probably go to ASU at some point in my education. I haven't really decided what I want to do for a career, but have thought a lot about becoming a Physical Therapist. I would love to be a PT for a pro sports team, how awesome would that be? I've lived in Arizona my whole life and am currently living in Gilbert. It's so hot in AZ.... but I love it enough to stay. I am really close to my family and always looking for new ways to get even closer. The gospel of Jesus Chirst of LDS has helped me do that.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents both grew up in the gospel and so in turn raised us kids in the gospel. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister. We had an amazing upbringing. My parents showed us so much love and did everything in their power to make us happy. We didn't grow up rich and sometimes had struggles to make ends meet. But no matter what they showed us how to be happy and to love each other. I know they had this attitudie towards life because of the gospel and it's teachings. Our Savior Jesus Christ showed us a perfect example when He was here on Earth. We need to do everything we can to follow that perfect example. Family is so important. Through the teachings of the gospel we know that we can live with our families forever after this life here on Earth. I love that! I can't even begin to imagine a life without my family. The fact that I can live with them forever after this life keeps me motivated. Keep pressing forward. God loves all of us so much and everyone has the opportunity for eternal life with their families.

How I live my faith

I am serving a mission in the Michigan Lansing mission right now. I didn't even want to serve a mission untl I was about 19 years old (when missionaries usually leave). It took me about a year to really prepare myself spiritually to be able to serve a full-time mission for the Lord. But I did feel like it was my calling. In our Church every worthy young male should serve a mission and help spread the gospel around the world. I can't imagine what my life would be like right now if I hadn't decided to accept this wonderful calling. It has helped me appreciate life so much and what the real purpose is. What's this purpose you say? "This life is the time for men to prepare to meet God..." We have so many different individual purposes in this life that we're all supposed to seek out, but we all should have 1 main focus and purpose to focus on. Returning back to our Father in Heaven. With this in mind I really have chosen to put God at the top of my priority list. Are we all striving to be like His Son, Jesus Christ, and to follow His example? If not, then the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints can help you with that.
