Hi I'm Kyle

I've been a soccer player all my life. I have plans to work for ESPN when I'm older. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just finished up my first year at college. I have a 3.81 GPA and have plans to transfer to a prestigious college after my mission. I'm studying broadcast journalism and business, with a minor in music. My goal is to work for ESPN, own my own business, and be a successful musician/producer. I love working out and playing all sports, especially soccer, hanging out with my friends, and playing the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it's what makes me the happiest. I've been a lifelong member of the church, but I regret to say that there were times in my life where I wasn't fully committed to living the gospel. It was during those times that my life felt like there was no purpose. However, as soon as I got back on track I instantly noticed a difference in myself and my attitude. I know that the gospel does change lives for the better, and that without the gospel I honestly don't know what I would do with my life. I am also a firm believer in the Atonement and the gift of repentance. There is no better feeling in this world than to feel clean and worthy again after we have sinned. I am so grateful for what Christ did for us so that we could have that opportunity. I know that Joseph Smith did restore the gospel, and I will be forever grateful for that too. I can truly say that I love the church with all of my heart.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the standards I have learned day in and day out. It is very easy to live the small parts of the gospel every day, but the harder parts take a lot more effort on our part. It is definitely worth it though. I teach children that are three years old simple lessons every week to help them learn how great the Savior is. There is nothing better in this world than being able to see the light in those children's faces when they have learned something new that they will always remember.
