Hi I'm Kaz

I'm Canadian. I'm love extreme sports, love the adrenaline rush. I love learning and trying new things. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Canada, on an acreage, farming until is was 13 years old. Had cattle, horses, sheep, chickens and dogs. Family changed from farming to a business. Myself I've loved all sports from a young age, hockey, break-dancing, caving, repelling, climbing, dirt biking, snowmobiling, snowboarding, etc. I love the rush from the adrenaline extreme sports. Throughout my life, during school, or sports, or my free time I have received a # of injuries; broken bones, stitches, dislocations and surgeries. No pain no gain, I'm still going strong. Determination, ambition, and self-discipline have got me along way in my life so far. My friend and I started from scratch a successful landscaping business, during high school and afterward. learn what you can, experience life to the brink, Knowledge is Key.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised up in the church, like other families in the church, when I was 8 I was baptized just like all other kids knowing the main concept of God, Jesus Christ, and the purpose of our families on earth. From a young age about 3-4 years of age, my parents would hold family home evening every Monday night, in which they thought me the difference of good and bad, and the plan of happiness God has prepared for us. When I was about 7 my parents helped me read and understand the Book of Mormon, and the Gospel of Christ. From that age my parents would invite me to pray about the things I've learned, from my first time truly praying about God, Jesus Christ, and Book of Mormon, receiving that first witness that it all is true. From that witness and testimony I chose for myself to be baptized. This was only the start of me becoming a Mormon. Afterwards, from family, great friends, and leaders in the church I have received much encouragement, and support throughout my life.

How I live my faith

After being baptized I joined the school scouting program, where I was constantly surrounded by those who had about the same standards as myself. During my time as a scout there were many service projects that we were able to do, or learning experiences to be had. As always I was an example to others as other were to me, whether through my actions, or words. When times got tough I always had amazing friends that stand up for me as I would for them. During my school years because of certain standards our faith has, it was a lot easier to reject alcohol, smokes, or drugs. This I can already say is a huge blessing to my life and my body. For those I come in contact with, I will give encouragement, or support to all those who have that kind of addiction, to help them. During my school years my Dad and I would go and visit the homes of other families, whether old or young. We would share a message of the Gospel and help there family out in anyway possible. My father is a great example of one who truly cares for everyone that he comes in contact with. As I turn 18 I was called as the 11year old scout leader, it was a great experience, and excellent way to guide those about to be teenagers, and help them make good choices and have that happiness in life. Now as i am 20 years old I am currently serving a mission in Taiwan, speaking Chinese, serving all those I come in contact with. I truly know without a doubt that this gospel is true and the blessing that we can receive from living it, is just to extraordinary and wonderful to hide from the world. I have seen many peoples life's change completely for the better.
