Hi I'm Michael Klapp

I love my family, I love being happy, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im from California, but I now live in South Dakota. I love music! Playing it, singing it, whatever it may be. I love my family, and I love the Ocean. However I also love the wide open spaces of The Mid-west. I went to school in Idaho and studied music there for about a semester until I came to serve in the South Dakota Rapid City Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I believe there comes a time in each persons life when they have to ask themselves "what do I believe?" I came to that point in my life in High School. During that time I had a choice, I could either be a Mormon, or go some other path. I decied to search ponder and pray as the scriptures suggest, and came to the conclusion that the way I was raised was indeed true. From that point forward I promised the Lord that I would do my best to represent Him the rest of my life. I have failed! I have fallen, I have stumbled, but I know because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ that I can be made clean from my mistakes, and one day make it back to Him. I know that without the Savior I would be overcome with guilt and shame, but with Him, I can move onward and upward, helping others along my way.

How I live my faith

I am curently serving a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Mid-west. Our purpose as missionaries is to help other come closer to Jesus Christ. I have never felt more complete in my life. My father taught me early on that life is not about how much you have, but rather what you do with what has been give to you. I have been blessed with the capacity to share my belifes with whomever will listen, and if I can help anyone, whether it's one person or a thousand people I will be happy to do it.
