Hi I'm Cache Mortensen

I'm From Tropic Utah, I Love Baseball, I Love The Outdoors, I'm a Wanna Be Cowboy, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the church all of my life. I have three younger brothers and great parents. I have grown up loving the out doors and working hard. I love to be around people and making others laugh. I love to ride horses and that is what I do for a summer job, I take people on horses into National Parks such as Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. I enjoy sports and being active.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have found through experiences in my life and observing the way of life that the church expects you to live, that it is true. I have gained an understanding that this church is true through study, and then asking God through prayer if this is the way that he would want me to live. The blessings have been endless and I have seen living the gospel bless my family for generations.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church meetings on a weekly basis and helping others each day. Through studying and continually learning of the teachings of Christ I see how I can make little improvements in my life that require me to exercise my faith. As I have lived the teachings of the gospel the church teaches, I have witnessed the evidences of a change in my Character. We are encouraged to go about doing good and that's what I try to do.

It is another testament of Jesus Christ and helps us gain a better understanding as to who Christ is and our relationship to him. The Book of Mormon brings piece to the soul and gives us direction in life. The Book of Mormon strengthens our testimony of the Savior and when read with the Bible stands as a witness of who we are and who we can become. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Cache Mortensen
Grace is the divine means of help or strength given through the suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Because of this suffering Christ knows how we feel when we are tempted and when we go through a hard time. Sense he knows this, He is able to aid us and give us the strength to do hard things in this life. It is through this grace that we will also live again after we die and be able to enter into our Father's Kingdom, somethings that we could never do if it was left up to our own abilities.
