Hi I'm Jenn

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of three amazing children. I teach violin lesson, and have always enjoyed playing. I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweet heart. It is funny to say I have known him now for over half my life. Time sure does fly. We both love practicing yoga! As a family we enjoy camping, hiking and taking trips to the coast. My favorite day of the week is Sunday. All electronics (with screens) are turned off, and I get to watch how creative my kids really are.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that was already members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Both of my parents were converts and are the only ones in their families that are members. As I have grown and matured I have come to fully realize the amazing gift I was given so early in life. I have a deep love for my Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ. I know He guides me and answers my prayers. Through His atonement, I am able to be made clean thru repentance and be able to return again into My Heavenly Father's presence. He is so merciful! I am amazed at how simple His gospel really is and how it parallels what was established on the earth when He was here. Knowing the truths of His gospel, and feeling them confirmed to me by the Holy Ghost has brought me much comfort in my life. I am grateful to know that my family can be together forever. It is all through Christ that this is possible!

How I live my faith

I work with the women in my ward. I am in charge of our monthly activities. We are putting together hygiene kits for a local woman's shelter for one of our future activities. I love finding ways to serve others in our community. I also teach occasionally on Sunday's. My kids are involved in scouts...which means I am too. I have no complaints; it's a great way to watch my boys better themselves, and set goals.
