Hi I'm William

I enjoy dirt-biking, backpacking, & the outdoors. I am preparing to serve a mission in Honduras. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and a homeschooler. I am an Eagle Scout. I enjoy camping, hiking, riding motorcycles, rafting, and just about anything that has to do with the outdoors. Currently, I am preparing to serve a mission in Honduras, and am excited to be learning Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, not because I was born into the church (though I was), but because I have received many witnesses that it is the true church of God on the earth today. That, quite simply, is enough for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in a couple notable ways. One of them is some of the callings I have held. One of my favorite was to serve as an assistant den leader, where my main responsibility was to help a young boy with autism as he went through the scouting program. While working with him, I had such an opportunity to learn to love people unconditionally. Another way in which I live my faith is that I am going on a mission in the next little bit. It has been so amazing to feel the spirit as I am preparing and learning what I need to know and to teach. I love it already.
