Hi I'm Bree Redfern

I've lived in 7 different states, two different countries. I want to be an Ironman. I love to dance. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a lover. A lover of life, sports, dancing, and my family. I am 25, single, and am training for my first Ironman. I grew up with four brothers who taught me to be tough and love competition. I have participated in three triathlons and one half marathon and I hope to continue competing in years to come. I love to love. I have fallen in love a few times (what I know to be love). I have been engaged twice and have found myself with a broken heart time and time again. But, I have hope, I have faith that one day I will meet the right man. One who I will be able to love for forever. I am a lover of networking. I love to help people find a place they love to work. I love to help people reach their highest potential by giving them opportunities to meet people to help them get there. I currently work as a recruiter for a small up and coming business. I am a lover of cultures. Having lived in 7 different states and 2 different countries I had to learn to get along with all different types of people. Race, ethnicity, cultures, backgrounds never have been a barrier for me to getting to know someone. I love to latin dance, I love Polynesian music (and dance), I toured parts of Africa where I fell in love with the people and religions, I love to speak spanish (I speak it fluently), I love swiss chocolate, etc. I could spend my life traveling the world just to meet all the wonderful cultures and people it has to offer.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I have chosen to follow the teachings of my Savior. It isn't the easiest growing up as a child surrounded by people who don't know or understand your beliefs. They question you, and make fun of you but that is what made me stronger. I was forced to know and be able to answer tough questions at a very young age. And through those experience I came to know that what I said was truth, and I did that all on my own. I know this is the gospel of Jesus Christ and that it was restored to the earth by a living Prophet Joseph Smith. I know the Book of Mormon is another testament of our brother and savior Jesus Christ and through it we can come to know him better.

How I live my faith

One of my favorite things I have ever done in the church is when I taught the single adults about the Book of Mormon and how we can apply it to our lives. I love to teach, to share my experiences where I have found love and hope through the atonement of Jesus Christ. I currently teach the women in the church during a class on Sundays. I find that baring my testimony to others is when I get the most satisfaction.
