Hi I'm Corey

I love to put smiles on people's faces. I enjoy the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 6' 3", have blonde hair and blue eyes, and i love to smile. I am the middle child out of 5. My sister (who is the oldest) is the only girl. I grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ, but truly have been converted. I am definitely an outdoors person and love to play baseball. Much of what i have learned in life is that every day is a good day. We are the ones that make that choice. I've experienced true joy by helping people in any circumstance, and i know that i can have that same joy for the rest of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i want to be. Its the best decision that i have ever made. My conversion was not necessarily an over night experience, but rather it happened over many years. My parents have been Mormon their whole lives, but i have come to know personally that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only correct and living church on earth that has the Priesthood Power of God. Over time in my youth, i would feel the Holy Ghost within me telling me that what i was doing was good. I took that as the answer that i have long been searching for. My answer was right before me the whole time and i never knew it. One day, my family and i took a trip down to Salt Lake City to watch the Prophet and other Leaders of the Chruch speak. That very moment when President Monson (the Prophet on the earth) walked into the room, i had a overwhelming feeling overtake me. It was that same feeling that i was receiving my whole life when i did good things. Then i knew and gained a true testimony that God lives, His Son Jesus Christ lives and leads and guides this church, that Joseph Smith was the Prophet that restored Christ's church back onto the earth, and that this church truly is the same exact church that Christ established on the earth back in ancient times. It's something that i cant deny!

How I live my faith

I am proud to live my faith. It's what gives me a direction in life. I live it by constantly striving to better myself every day. Giving service to others, shaking hands and saying hello, sharing what i believe to those around me, praying often, and studying the Words of God. I have helped out leading many youth age groups and have been apart of Boy Scouts and Cub scouts. The best way that I have found in living my faith is by following the standards of the church, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all. I know that Christ is the way, the only way!
