Hi I'm Abbigayle Rashae

I'm a homeschooled teenager, a lifestyle blogger, and a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Abbigayle Rashae. I'm homeschooled and living in Iowa. I live on a farm and head off to seminary every morning. Sunday is church day. Every other day I can be found doing schoolwork, reading, writing, posting on my blog, taking photos, or researching new information online.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church, so I haven't seen other religions. I do know what my friends and others have told me though. Every comment they make about the Mormons is that when they meet one they always seem friendly and happy to help. There's also a certain happy feeling whenever they've joined in on a meeting or activity.

How I live my faith

I've been in callings in the Young Womens but have recently been released. Right now I only play the piano for the Young Womens meetings every Sunday. I help out with service activities that the church, my school, friends, or family participate in. Even though it's hard work and I complain at times, I know I'm doing the right thing and helping others.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

Abbigayle Rashae
The tithing that we pay every month (one tenth of what we make) is used to build our temples, churches, and other buildings. We also provide funding for our missionaries, education to others, materials for our Sunday classes, and a few other things as well. Show more Show less
