Hi I'm Talia

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in a little town in Wyoming not far from the Willie/Martin Handcart Sites. I love to play the piano.

About Me

I love music and I am currently a Piano Performance Major. Another thing I really like is anything that has to do with literature, art and history. I love to make stained glass windows and hot glass plates. I also enjoy 4-wheeling, boating, hiking and traveling. I have visited many pioneer sites and have a deep respect for their sacrifices for the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because with the light of the gospel, the world would seem like a very dark and dismal place. This gospel provides me with the hope that I can always improve and become more Christ-like. It provides me with opportunities to serve and develop talents. It has also been a great way to find lifelong friends with the same standards as me. It also helps me know that I can be forgiven of any sin I've committed and that there are always people who love and care about me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by actively serving in any calling that is asked of me in my ward. I help with stake dances when asked and share experiences I've had with others. I share my testimony with those not of my faith when asked. I study my scriptures and talks from our apostles and prophets on a daily basis, as well as have a continual conversation with my Heavenly Father seeking His guidance in my everyday life.
