Hi I'm Lindsay

I'm from Northern California. I love to smile! I was baptized a year and a half ago, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 22 years old and currently a full-time nanny! I love to be outside! Whether it's at the beach, on a hike, the park, snowboarding, etc..! Friends, Family, and this Gospel are number 1 to me! I love to smile, I love people, I love love! :]

Why I am a Mormon

A few years ago, I met who would become one of my best friends, through his band. I'm very into music therefore I would attend a lot of local shows. The more we hung out, the closer we became. As our Friendship developed, he began to share with me little testimonies about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It seemed the more he told me, the more intrigued and curious I became. Eventually leading to questions, he sent me to the missionaries! I had about 3 lessons with them and stopped going. Months later, I met another set of missionaries. This time I felt prepared, I began asking MYSELF questions such as "Why am I NOT a member of this church?", "What do I really believe?". After sincere pondering, prayer and intent to act, I knew this was true. In 3 weeks I took all of the lessons and was baptized on October 24th, 2010 (At 21 years old). The reason I continue to follow is because the more I act, the more testimony I receive that this is Christ's church on the Earth today. The more testimony I receive, the happier I am. Nothing makes me happier than this gospel and it's truthfulness!

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by doing my very best to follow Christ. He lived on this Earth, perfectly. He is our example on how we should live as well. I go to Church, Church meetings and church activities all throughout the week. I set monthly goals to share the gospel with others, do creative scripture study and pray every morning and night. The gospel is more than just going to church, it's something that takes over your heart and shows in your actions.
