Hi I'm Nathan

I was born and raised in California. I'm studying Mechanical Engineering. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently attending a 4-year university studying mechanical engineering. I have a passion for fixing and building things, especially electronics. My two greatest dreams and goals in life are to become a father and to design something groundbreaking that helps ease the burden of living for many people.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in an LDS home, and have been a member of the church my entire life. When I was young, I went to church with my family and never really questioned it. As I came into my teenage years, however, there came a time when I decided to break some habits that were destroying me. During this time, I reached out to my father in heaven to help me overcome my weaknesses. It was then that I learned that God was real, not just something we read about. Over the next few years, I spent more and more time learning about Him and His son, Jesus Christ. I then served Him for two years as a missionary in Suriname, a small Dutch speaking country in South America. Because of the experiences I have had, I know that God lives, He loves us, and He wants us to live with him again after we finish with this life. He sent His son to pay the price for our sins, and make it possible for us to be saved. Although it may not be easy, I know it will be worth it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping others to prepare for missionary service. I teach a class that helps young men and women who want to serve God as missionaries to be better prepared to do so. I also try to be an example of Christlike love and leadership wherever I am, at school, at work, or at home.
