Hi I'm Kassondra

I love snowboarding, horseback riding, rock climbing, basically anything to do with the outdoors. I love adventure. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a student at Utah State University. I was born and raised in Utah and I love my family. I am the oldest of three. I have two younger sisters, my favorite thing about my family is that we all think we are hilarious. My mom is my best friend. My interests include music and funny movies with friends. Sunshine and water are one of my favorite combinations. Another is chocolate and peanut butter.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church has given me the answers to questions no one else could answer. I know why I am here. I know where I came from and where I am going. I know that God is my Heavenly Father and that I am never alone. I better understand the kind of person God wants me to become and I know that with His help, I can do anything. During my time as a member of this church I have seen all my weaknesses more clearly, as if they have been placed beneath a magnifying glass. I have realized how truly weak I am and just how much I need help from the Lord in my everyday life. I have learned that no matter where we are, who we are, or what we do, God is aware of us. I have seen this gospel change lives and save families. I have seen this gospel bring peace and joy to the busy and hectic lives of those around me. I know this gospel will help everyone, regardless of age, or situation.

How I live my faith

One of the things I do to serve in my church is to oversee Visiting Teaching. Visiting teaching is a program where the women in the church visit the other women members each month to befriend them and see how they are doing. It really helps me to be involved with each sister's life and understand them in a more personal way. I love being able to see how the Lord works in each of their lives and being able to help them whenever they are in need.
