Hi I'm Joseph Forrest

I live in Kentucky. It maybe hard to understand me sometimes due to my accent. I like doing fun things, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am preparing myself to serve a 2 year full-time mission, I am a student at Murray State University, and I really like wolves. I also enjoy having a lot of fun. I'm an easy going guy, I don't judge people for who they are, but, I do agree and disagree with their actions. I know that being a Mormon isn't easy, but, it helps lift my worries and burdens, and there is always someone there that has my back.

Why I am a Mormon

Well, I'm a Mormon because I was born in the church. My grandmother was the start of the process. As I had gotten older and began to understand what the church is about I always had a good feeling about it. I have been to other churches with my friends but I did not feel the same as I would at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I kept studying the scriptures and comparing on how it can effect my life and others, I have had many experiences in my life to confirm that this church is true. Even today my testimony of the church continues to grow as I learn more about the gospel.

How I live my faith

Like I said, "It's not easy being a Mormon but it helps out in the end." I to have mistakes in life, and so does every other Mormon, We are not a perfect people, but, we know that God is our loving Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ lives, and we believe that this is God's church that has been restored fully here on earth. As I go with the missionaries to help find and teach people who are willing to listen to their message that they have I can always testify that this church is true that it is through the power of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ which where the creators and the restorers of it. We all strive to set the example Christ set and do the Lord's work. This is how I live my faith by doing what the Lord wants me to do.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Joseph Forrest
They are here to help spread the good news about the restored gospel, since it is a big job to do each missionary leaves their homes for 2 full years to serve the Lord. As they go out and find those who are willing to listen to their message they help bless and change lives of others even if the people don't except the gospel. Show more Show less
