Hi I'm Brittany

I've lived in Kentucky, Utah and New York City. I work in television research. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Louisville Kentucky with only three other Mormons in my class. I played field hockey and was an editor of my high school year book. I went to BYU for college where I studied advertising. I lived in New York City for four years after college where I worked for the nation's largest media research company in their national television division. I recently moved back to Kentucky to be closer to my nieces and nephews. I collect pig figurines from every city that I visit. I have a giant DVD collection and I love all things media related.

Why I am a Mormon

My family have been members of the Mormon church since the 1840s. But even though it's such a tradition in my family, that's not why I'm a Mormon. I have lived in places where Mormons are not the majority and have come to find that this church helps give me purpose in live and makes me feel closer to God.

How I live my faith

Each week I attend a young adult congregation for college students and young professionals. I also attend our weekly activities were we come together to socialize and learn more about Christ and his teachings. I also help lead the women's society in our congregation where we help look after the other girls that attend with us and help make sure everyone feels welcome and loved.
