Hi I'm Ariel

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm just your typical white girl from the suburbs, but I want to do something with my life. I want to be a Special Ed teacher and help others realize their potentials as children of our Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because there is no way this church can NOT be true. There have been too many coincidences in my life for me to push this faith aside. Every day I find instances that let me know that my Heavenly Father loves me, and loves each of us. With all of the hatred in this world today, I LOVE that this church is about love! There is no greater message and no greater purpose. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has given my life a purpose and kept me going in times of distress. I'm a Mormon because of the simple things. When the Lord helps me to do well on a test or has a stranger smile at me at a moment when I'm feeling weak, I realize how well the Lord knows me! The simple manifestations of the Atonement have brought me peace and made me want to share this gospel with everyone I meet! I am not Mormon because I grew up in it. I love learning about other religions, but when I pray about this church, I have ALWAYS gotten the answer that it is true. In the end, I'm Mormon because that's what Heavenly Father told me I should be, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

How I live my faith

One of my favorite things to do in this church is to teach, and I get PLENTY of opportunities to do that. Every member a missionary! Volunteering to substitute for Sunday school classes for the youth, doing family history work, visiting with other members of the ward, and bearing my testimony are just a few of the ways I have accomplished this.
