Hi I'm Joshua Johnson

I grew up in Sedelia, Missouri. I am currently on a mission. And I am proud to be a Mormon!

About Me

I love to sing. I was in the Madrigals in High School. Right now I am serving a mission in Tampico, Mexico. I am excited to serve the Lord for two years and teach others what I know about being a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that it is the right religion! When I was younger I felt like I didn't have the spirit with me. I got down on my knees that night and prayed to the Lord to help me feel the spirit so that I know that it is really there with me. One week in Sunday School we sang "I know that my Redeemer lives" as we were singing I felt the spirit so strong I started to weep a little bit, helping me to know that the sprit truly is there with us at all times even if we have days where we don't feel of the spirit. I am so proud to be a part of this gospel. I know that my Redeemer truly does live and that everyday that I live it is a blessing from the Lord. I am so greatful for the Priesthood in my life and for all that it does to help me in my life. I am so greatful for prayer and the scriptures and for the answers that I recieve to questions that I have from these two sources!!!!! This is the true and only gospel. I am so greatful for the atonement and for the opportunity that I have to repent of my sins so that I can return back to my Heavenly Father clean and guiltless when I am judged! This gospel rocks!! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reading the scriptures and saying my prayers! Right now I am about to serve a full time mission for my church in Mexico. I get to serve the Lord for two years by teaching others about this gospel and how it blesses lives. I also get to invite them to come unto Christ by being baptized and attending church to feel of the spirit and the blessings that are recieved by being baptized and going to church.

What is faith?

Joshua Johnson
Faith is believing without seeing. We have faith in Christ by believing that he will help us with our problems. We can't see Him in front of us helping but we believe that He is there helping us along the way. Show more Show less
