Hi I'm Tyler

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 23 year old college student studying business management and information systems. Although school and work take up a lot of my time, I always make time to be with friends and family. I grew up near some of the most incredible mountains and I enjoy spending time in them and staying active. Here are some of the things that I enjoy doing: Camp Hike Fish Shoot Play basketball Mountain bike Snowboard Boat Run Swim I also love to try things that I haven't done as well as get to know people with different backgrounds and to learn about different cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am blessed to have parents who are both members of the church and I grew up learning about the gospel. It wasn't until I decided that I wanted to know for myself that what I was learning was true and how I wanted to live that I became converted. I am far from perfect and constantly need to recommit to live by Christ's teachings and being a member of this church helps me do that and brings me real happiness and peace.

How I live my faith

To be a "Mormon" as we are called isn't like being part of any other organization I can think of. It doesn't just mean I go to church meetings once a week but it is more of a life style. Being an active member of this church provides me with the motivation to be successful in school and work in order to provide for my future family. It helps me to find ways to serve my community. Lastly It provides me with a set of standards to live by that help me to be free from the guilt and pain that follow poor decisions.
