Hi I'm Greg Romero

My wife and I live in Taylorsville Utah. We're the proud parents of 4 boys and 1 girl. I am grateful to be a member of the church.

About Me

Grew up in the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area - Livermore to be specific. Went to Granada High. Graduated in 1979. Spent 2 years in Taiwan serving an LDS mission (Taichung and Taipei). Graduated from BYU in 1987. Hired out of college by IBM. Have sinced worked for TRW and FranklinCovey. Still at FranklinCovey (15 years)as their Director of Web Services. Enjoy travel, the outdoors, watching sports and reading. Hoping to travel to Rome/Paris within the next 5 years.

Why I am a Mormon

My mom and I joined the church in 1972. Best decision I've ever made. Gospel principles have taught me that I'm an actual son of a loving Heavenly Father. Because of the church I know answers to life's most difficult questions - including why we're here on this earth and where we're going. I have a firm belief that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world and that his loving atonement can bring both spiritual and physical salvation to each son and daughter of God. The gospel teaches us how to be happy in this life. It teaches us the importance of families, education, physical health, as well as the importance of serving one another. It helps us raise confident, happy children. It brings the sources of true joy into focus. I'm so thankful for the difference the gospel has made in my family's life.

How I live my faith

I serve those in my community and neighborhood.
