Hi I'm Stephanie Farnsworth.

I live in Texas. I am a mother and wife. I have four beautiful children. I am a lifelong member the LDS church.

About Me

I have been married 13 years to my great support and love. I have 4 beautiful kids who challenge me to be a better person everyday. I have lived in TX for 2 years and love the people here. I love to exercise, laugh, cook, play the piano and sing. I have a Master's degree focusing on marriages and family. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this religion is my light and direction in the often dark and scary world. My religion is my parenting guide, my marriage builder and my spiritual compass. I have felt the sadness and lack of direction that comes when I don't fully live my religion, and have felt the joy and peace that comes when I do. I never want to be without this spiritual guide in my life. It has helped me get through so many trials, deaths, illnesses and hardships and ultimately helped me realize I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and wants the very best for me and my family. I have a Savior who has felt all of my pains, sorrows and afflictions. I am not alone in this world. I have a guide, an all knowing mentor, a heavenly father, and a spiritual cheerleader who is hoping I choose Him on this Earth. I am a Mormon because this religion is my everything and makes me so happy.

How I live my faith

I am involved in the emergency preparedness for families in my church. With all the natural disasters that have occurred lately, and other events that have left families without power, without food and water, or shelter, I feel so blessed to be able to help families in my church prepare beforehand in case something like this occurs here. I also work with our church's nativity committee, which is a community nativity exhibit in which we have live music, hundreds of nativity displays including many from other countries, and also amazing music from many of the choirs in our community. I also have spent many years working with boys 8-11 in Cub Scouts.
