Hi I'm Charles

I am a grandpa of five. I am an automotive technology instructor at the local technical college. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a devoted gearhead who turned his love for anything electro/mechanical into a career in Automotive Technology. I am an ASE certified Master Automotive Technician. I also enjoy wood working, experimenting in the kitchen, and gardening. I have four granddaughters and one grandson. I spend most of my free time spoiling them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. BUT, I have been seeking Truth and Knowledge since I was young. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints because it is where I have found the answers to all my questions about life and God. During a period of unemployment and hardship, I was struggling to find a job. I was depressed. I needed help. I felt alone and knew something was missing from my life. I began reading the scriptures and praying in ernest to find relief. It was during this time of intense scripture study and prayer that I found the answers I so desperately needed. I came to realize that my parents were right along.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the best I can and always striving to remember what my Savior has done for me. I live my faith by being a good example for my wife, my children, and my grandchildren. I serve as a financial clerk and visit the homes of members exhorting them to pray and to strive to be close to the Lord.
