Hi I'm Dylan Cochran

I'm a athlete, A student, A son, A brother, But most importantly I am a Mormon

About Me

I’m 18, and going to be a college student this fall. I love reading, writing, and sports! Being active and social are key aspects of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was referred to church when I was a sophomore in high school. My wonderful and amazing friend invited to church with her one Sunday. I immediately upon entering felt the Spirit take over. Shortly afterward, I began to receive lessons from the missionaries. Every lesson drove me to dig deeper into the scriptures and with every dig I began to find more and more truth. A few months later I made the decision to become baptized, and on July 5th 2010 I was. Since that day my testimony has only become stronger. I know that this church is true and that this is the restored Gospel. I know with out any doubt that this is God's true church and that Joseph Smith was a prophet just like I know that Thomas S. Monson is a living prophet. This church has changed my life for the better, and saved me countless times. This church is true and the feeling of the Spirit gives me a whole new level of happiness. That is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being very active in discussions during Sunday school. I regularly meet with the missionaries and have lessons. I read my scriptures daily. But most importantly I live my faith by trying to be an example to the world around me, and trying to help all of the Lords children realize that they have a heavenly father who loves them.
