Hi I'm Fananite Nkambule!

Fistaz is my name, i ball HARD, i'm samoan and i am a ninja!

About Me

I belong to a clan with a destination in mind. EUROPE! Shout out to OCMO and Iron Man! I really enjoy swimming, movies, contact sports, full court basketball, volleyball, keeping score, boating, riding motorized vehicles, wasting tons of money eating out a lot, surfing the internet, relaxing, taking naps, sleeping in, playing board games, especially foreign ones, owning cards, collecting knives and other weapons, and chewing gum in public! I would feel terrible if I couldn't do any of those things! Nobody really knows me because I am not from here. A lot of people try to act like I am from here but I am not. Im not from here. One thing you should know about me, I ball hard. Africa Represent!! I know how to have fun and what to do to have fun but still maintain my good values and still have people see me as A MORMON... I love my family with ALL my heart!! They are my everything(together with God). ROLL TIDE! ALABAMA FOREVER!

Why I am a Mormon

Being a mormon is more than just joining the church! We believe that faith without works is dead, hence we obey the Lord and look for every opportunity to serve others. We have good church programes that help each and every individual grow spiritually, and physically... What i love about my church is the standard of living that we're taught to live by our leaders which standards make us good and better people. Joinning the church has helped my family live a much better life than we used to before. We now are abled to have our time as a family since the church's "main focus" is families. We believe and know that families can be together forever in this life and the life to come and for all eternities! that is one of the joys that i have received and made me believe that this church is Christ's... Who would say NO to this????? I wouldn't that is why i didn't... I feel the power and influence of the Holy Spirit of Christ as i attend church every sunday... I have never felt that at any of the sects i've visited before... This gospel also taught me that i can be with my family for all eternities so long i keep the Lord's commands and go to the Holy House Of God, the Temple and be sealed with them by someone who has the authority from Jesus Christ to do that... HOW GREAT IS MY JOY..!

How I live my faith

What i do to help others around me is to attend all church services that we hold frequently as we go out to help the community with things like cleaning the local schools, old aged homes and other government or private programs oriented for the poor, disabled and the needy. We also visit orphanage homes and offer support where ever we can or help maintain a good environment for our fellow brothers and sisters. I always try to be the best example to everyone particularly my peers in my community. I used to teach what we call 'seminary' where we learn about religion and how the youth can and should live so we can better shape the road to our future... I witness almost everyday how this true restored gospel can change a life, bring hope to the hopeless and bless each of us as we strive for perfection... I have received more blessings than the ones i serve as I serve them. Serving the Lord as a missionary in Alabama has been one of the greatest learning experiences of my life.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Fananite Nkambule!
The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever... He called Prophets in the early days of our earth life to lead and guide His children. Why can't He do that today even? don't we need Prophets today?? YES WE DO!! Hence He calls Prophets still to lead and guide us... Show more Show less

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Fananite Nkambule!
The 10% is not the church's but the Lord's and for us to build His kingdom... This is a commandment that everyone else has looked over that we're given in the bible!! It's not just about the money but a way of showing faith in Christ Show more Show less

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Fananite Nkambule!
from the bible we learn that no one will enter the kingdom of God unless they are baptised by water... and in Malachi 3 we learn that the hearts of the children shall turn to their fathers, thus that meaning that us without them we're nothing, them without us we're nothing... Through us being baptised on their behalf, we give them another opportunity to accept the gospel of Christ, that giving us the hope that we will live with them in His rest after this life... What is the priesthood?

Fananite Nkambule!
The Priesthood is first the authority of God given to His servants to act on His behalf. It is the same authority that was given to His ancient Apostles and Prophets like Moses, Peter, James and John. Through this divine power and authority, we can perform all the ordinances necessary for our salvation like baptism, and also enables us to bless the sick... Show more Show less
