Hi I'm Jonathan

I'm a new farmer & computer geek. My titles are Sweetheart and Daddy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a new farmer and a computer geek since i386 and jumper switches. Entrepreneur is a big word but I've enjoyed building small businesses that have helped provide for my needs. I love DIY, dabbling with electronic circuits, and building all kinds of things from computers to fly rods. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my wife and baby.

Why I am a Mormon

We love the gospel of Jesus Christ as a family. Those small and simple things like having weekly family home evenings and learning from the Book of Mormon together on a daily basis bring us enduring happiness. With every experience in my life, each one has been made better through following Christ's example and living His gospel teachings.

How I live my faith

Home teaching has always been an important part of my life. When the home teachers have come to our home, I've seen such great examples of love and service. I've also had some great home teaching companions who truly forgot themselves and went with a sincere desire to help and uplift those we home taught. These are things I strive to emulate as a home teacher and as a friend. The gospel teaches me that everyone deserves to be loved. The greatest love comes from our Heavenly Father. Something as simple as smiling at a stranger, introducing myself to a new friend, or visiting a neighbor can share His love. I've definitely felt His love as others have reached out to me with kindness, so I feel that these are some of the most important things I can do to live with faith. We love to share the gospel and work with the missionaries in our family.
