Hi I'm Celia

I grew up on a rural farm in Colorado. I am the oldest of seven. I raise chickens for the fair. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of seven children. I live on a five and a half acre piece of land. I have lived in Colorado for my whole life, and when the time comes to move somewhere I have never been before. I raise chickens both to eat and lay eggs. My dream is to go to BYU Provo for college. I have played the violin for eight years. I want to major in a social/medical service, such as physical therapy.

Why I am a Mormon

This faith makes me happy. The feeling I get inside is overwhelming whenever I even pause to question whether this gospel is true. When I look around me, I see that people may be truly unhappy with how they're living their lives because of the decisions they have decided to make. By following Gods commandments, I feel better mentally, physically, socially and spiritually. I have pure thoughts that have built up a strong mind. I have strayed away from harmful substances, giving me the ability to continue living healthy. I am able to converse with others with a clean heart and mind. Most importantly, I can talk to my Heavenly Father and KNOW that He hears and answers my prayers. Because of this faith, I have the knowledge that His Son, Jesus Christ lives, and will live again. I an greatful for this knowledge and wouldn't trade it for the world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church regularly on Sundays. I currently have no callings, but am willing to help anyone with anything they need. I participate in fasts, on fast Sundays. In my Mia Maid class, I participate in the lessons being taught by loving leaders who carefully consider what to teach us each week. I attend semenary each morning to recieve the messages prepared for us. Each Wednesday evening I go to mutal to be with my church friends as we participate in activities together
