Hi I'm Brittany Molina

I'm 21, half Uruguayan, studying accounting, love to run and take pictures, one day I will travel the whole world. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 21 years old, and I'm studying accounting. I hope to graduate with my Master's and get my CPA licence. I love to play soccer, snowboard, and run. I love my family more than anything in this world. I'm the oldest of five children and I'm obsessed with each one of them (and my parents as well). I love to take pictures. Sometimes a little too much. I love to travel. I've been some pretty cool places. Last year, I spent four months in Uruguay with my extended family. I'm pretty sure they stole my heart. Life is for taking advantage of. And I do my best to take advantage of every day God has given me.

Why I am a Mormon

I used to ask myself why I am a Mormon. There are so many different religions out there, how can someone be so sure that what they believe in is the truth? Some people go through "turning points" in their lives where something happens that makes them turn to religion or search for the truth. Some people stumble upon religion, and try it out. Some people, grow up in a certain religion and stay with it, or leave it for something else. Some people search for years, and finally find their truth, or don't. For me, I never had that "moment" that I just knew, I didn't have something happen to me that made me wonder. I was raised in the LDS faith. I like what the LDS church teaches, and how its directed my life. For me, I've always just known this church is good, and this church teaches truth. I believe that there is good in all religions. I have friends of other faiths who are amazing people, and I respect them with all of my heart. While their religion may be right for them, I'm a Mormon because the principles and standards this church teaches are amazing. Because I've prayed about it, and I've received an answer. Because it changes lives and gives us directions to be a better person, and to be more like Christ. I love my faith more than anything, and I believe it to be true with my whole heart. I know that Joseph Smith really did see Heavenly Father and my older brother, Jesus Christ. Through the prophet Joseph Smith, God restored his true gospel that Jesus Christ had established on the earth. Heavenly Father has a plan for us. He knows each and everyone of us and cares. The knowledge and happiness that this religion has brought to my life is why, I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday and living the principles daily. I live my faith by reaching out and being a friend to others. I live my faith by respecting other religions. I live my faith by serving others. You can experience the love God feels for us through service. I live my faith by loving my parents and siblings. I know that I will be with them forever. I live my faith by keeping my language clean and my clothing modest. I live my faith by starting and ending my day with a conversation with my Heavenly Father. I live my faith by always searching for the positive in every person, in every situation. I live my faith by doing my best every single day.
