Hi I'm Glen

I am a husband, a dad and a lawyer. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in a Mormon family in San Diego. Now I'm living in Orange County, CA and raising a family of my own. My beautiful wife and I have seven children. We have a blast with our kids, even though we are constantly exhausted. I am a patent lawyer, and enjoy working with entrepreneurs who are changing the world with their inventions.

Why I am a Mormon

My family has been in the LDS Church for generations. It's what I've known since the day I was born, and what my parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents knew all their lives. For me it was not difficult to choose to BE a Mormon. If anything, the difficult part for me has been to not take it for granted, and to recognize just how many amazing blessings have come to me from living the gospel. Time and again I have had the comforting guidance of the Spirit of God lead me through decisions, difficult situations, and teaching moments. Time and again I have felt the inner joy of understanding my purpose here in life. Time and again I have felt the love of the Savior as I have sought Him through prayer and study. Studying the scriptures (Bible and Book of Mormon) and the words of the living prophet often leads to these experiences. I know that the LDS Church teaches the truth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the commandments. praying, heeding the words of the prophet, serving in the church, studying the scriptures, and just plain trying to do what is right. Sometimes I do better than other times. But I have found that when I am putting in the effort to seek to do God's will I am a happier and more effective person.
