Hi I'm Baylee

I am a returned missionary, senior in college at New Mexico State University, and I love to laugh.

About Me

I am from southern New Mexico and I love it here! I returned home from my mission in October 2014. I was called to serve in the Salvador South Brazil Mission, but waited for my visa in the Mississippi Jackson Mission for one year. My twin sister and I left for the MTC the same day, received our visas the same week and returned home together.. I loved the experience of serving at the same time. I got married to a great guy nine months after returning home and I love the adventures that come along with being married. He and I and my twin will all graduate with our bachelors degrees May of 2017. I'm excited to see where the Lord will send us next! I love spending time with my family and being outside.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have come to know that this church is true through personal study and prayer. I have felt a strong feeling in my heart confirming that this doctrine is true. I know that prayers are answered, and that Heavenly Father will always answer prayers. The Book of Mormon is a distinct part of why I am Mormon. The Book of Mormon has given me so much comfort and peace throughout my life, and I love getting to read from it's pages everyday. I'm incredibly grateful that I have it in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the gospel. I attended early morning seminary everyday during the four years I spent in high school, and now in college I take institute classes. I live my faith in part through my calling in young women's where I get to teach the youth the gospel.
