Hi I'm Isaac

I'm a clerk at QuikTrip, I'm studying welding at school, and I love to spend as much time with my friends and family as I can!

About Me

I'm 14 and go to high school like everybody else in Georgia. I play soccer competitively and also run track and cross country for my high school. I longboard with my friends and enjoy it very much.I play cello a lot for school and on my own time. I have a super awesome ability with raising my left eyebrow to an amazing height. Both of my parents are Mormons, I also have two sisters. I'm planning on going to college but I haven't decided which school to go to.

Why I am a Mormon

First I was born into the church, but as I got older I was learning more and more about the gospel. And because of that I had the choice to choose to come to church or just anything church related, because of my free agency Heavenly Father gave to all of us. So using my free agency I choose to come to everything church related because I KNOW the church is true, and if I didn't have a testimony of it I would not be going to anything about the church. The gospel is for everyone, not just certain kinds of people. I believe in both the Bible and Book of Mormon, they both go hand and hand with each other, so there is no more important book. My testimony to me is one of the most important things in my life and I'm always trying my best to strengthen it. I have a firm belief of the restored Priesthood given by God to the worthy men to act in the name of Him. I also believe in Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost as three separate beings.

How I live my faith

As I said before I am always looking for ways to strengthen my testimony, so to do that I read my scriptures and pray daily. I always try in put myself in places that invite the spirit rather than drive it away. I exercise my Priesthood powers by passing the sacrament every week and home teaching at least once a month. I am the first counselor in the teachers quorum and active in planning activities. I attend seminary every morning which is a class for church teaching about the scriptures.
