Hi I'm Kayla "Mac"

Music, acting, singing, sports, writing. I'm gonna do it all. Or at least try it... And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm in middle school right now, counting the days until I can get out. I've moved around a bit, and lived a big chunk of my life in New York City. I'm in show chior, and a total ham onstage. I'm a straight A student, but just barely. Basketball pretty much consumes most of my life, and off-season I'm all about conditioning. Then I have track, throwing. Somewhere in there I manage to have a life, hanging out with my friends whenever I can. I plan on attending BYU Utah, maybe doing track there. During my down time I love to write, and I have stories that pop up in my head all the time. I'm an avid reader, Sci-fi and Fantasy all the way! A new hobby I've picked up is sketching and painting. Anything to let out my creativity!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a member of the Church because it's constant. It's a stronghold in my life. When everything else changes, it's there. It never changes. Everything I do is effected by my religion, and it makes me a better person. I'm Mormon because it gives me something to hold onto. And I know it's true.

How I live my faith

I pray every night, and try to in the mornings. I don't swear, dress immodestly, or drink. I'm not perfect, and I make mistakes- a lot of them. But I try. And that's how I live my faith the most. I try.

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

Kayla "Mac"
Everyone makes mistakes. It's what makes us human. God knew this, but he also knew that no unclean thing could live with him. So he sent his son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. He suffered every guilt, every pain, and every sin, you've ever had. And then he made the ultimate sacrifice, and died for us. Through believing in him, if we let him, he can take our sins away, and make us clean. Jesus already paid teh price for our sins. If we repent, then we are clean, and we can be our best.
