Hi I'm Jolene

I'm a Mormon. I am a mother of five. I love reading and learning new things and learning more about the scriptures.

About Me

I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints in July of 2011. I was raised Baptist and Presbyterian. I am thankful that my mom taught me about Jesus and his love for us, at an early age. I do not remember a time when I did not know about Jesus. I am a mother of five. I love having a large family and that our family is close even when we disagree. I love the sincerity of the members of our church. I love that even if I have missed a Sunday, other members care enough to make sure that my family is ok.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have witnessed first hand the love and generosity of other members. I am a Mormon because of the great example that members in my community have set. I used to live in a very small town and there were several members in that community. The genuine love and care that members of the church showed me in a time of need was incredible. I am still very impressed that there was no faking the love that was showered on my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best example that I can be to unsaved family and friends. I try my best to help others around me and others that I meet, even when I have little myself. My family will never be without because I have helped someone else.
