Hi I'm Rocky Woo

I'm a Uni student in Brigham Young University-Hawaii. I grew up in Hong Kong. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love drawing. I also have a big dream that one day I could work in a famous art company and create something could inspired the world.

Why I am a Mormon

Simple answer. The church is true! My faith started to build up when I was a child. My parents asked me to study the book of Mormon and the Bible together when I was child. They taught me why knowing God, Heavenly Father, is important for me. As I study the scriptures, my knowledge of God increases. I know for myself that there is a God who is our Father, and He loves us. He has a plan for us to gain our happiness in this life and return to live with Him again. The Book of Mormon is the words of God and it's same as the Bible teaches the words of Christ.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is part of my life. I was born in this church, and I has been taught many good things to become a good disciple of Christ. For myself, Jesus is the central of my life because He taught me many ways how to find the true happiness; for example, in family, He taught a successful family is "established and maintained on principles of faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work, and wholesome recreational activities. (The Family: A Proclamation to the World)" In personal, He taught me to "arise and shine forth, that thy light may be a standard for the nation. (Doctrine and Covenant 115:5)" Because of these teachings, I always do my very best to live what I believe, so that I could make others to come unto Christ. Because of Jesus Christ, my live become more meaningful.
