Hi I'm Jason

I am a dad, a husband, an amateur home renovator, a former missionary in Mexico, a CFO, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Jason. I am a father of two crazy boys. My greatest accomplishment is getting my wife to marry me. She is the love of my life and has made more a better person. I am a CPA and a CFA charterholder. The most difficult professional thing I have ever done is passing the CFA exams. I work as an equity research analyst. I enjoy running and I am training for my first half marathon. Most of my free time is spent with my family or working on remodeling our home we purchased two years ago.

Why I am a Mormon

All the best things in my life have come because of my association with the church. Without the church I wouldn't live where I live, I wouldn't work where I work, and I wouldn't have gone to school where I went to school. Being Mormon has given me the perspective to not get caught up in the day to day annoyances we all have. Without my knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I wouldn't be the father and husband that I am. I believe everything in my life that is good can be traced to my faith and my desire to follow the example of Jesus Christ and participate in His church.

How I live my faith

I work as the financial clerk in our ward. I help keep the financial books for our local congregation. I live my faith through my example. There isn't a person who knows me who doesn't know I am a Mormon. Even if I try to keep it a secret, they figure it out very quickly because of the way I live, the things I do, the way I speak, etc.
