Hi I'm Bronson

I grew up in the U.S.A. I'm going to serve a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a high school student. My hobbies include camping, hiking, Mt. biking, and street hockey. I enjoy watching movies and do so frequently.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents have taught me the gospel since I was a child. I have always lived the gospel but like everybody, I make mistakes as well. A few times in my life I have questioned if the gospel is true. Every time I do so I remind myself of my testimony that has come from numerous spiritual experiences that I have had. On experience in particular that keeps me strong happened to me when I was 8 years old. I was participating in the primary program and we were singing the closing hymn: The Spirit of God. During the first three verses only the primary children were singing, but at the fourth verse the congregation joined in. As soon as the congregation began singing I was filled with an overwhelming feeling in my bosom that I knew was the spirit. That experience with the spirit has proven to me that the gospel is true because no other power could have done that. I also know that the church is true because I have personally used the atonement and know that it takes sin away. I know that Heavenly Father loves me because of the countless blessings that he has given me.

How I live my faith

I participate in many ways with the church. I hold the priesthood so I get to prepare and bless the sacrament every week. I also get to visit two families that have been assigned to me and my dad once a month. Since I am still a youth I get to participate in a youth activity every Tuesday evening. Those activities range from scouting activities to combined activities with the young women. Through these Tuesday night activities I have earned the Eagle Scout award. I have a responsibility as a member on the seminary council. Seminary is a class at school where students learn about the scriptures. On the seminary council I talk with other council members on ways to motivate the youth to study their scriptures more in order to make seminary a better experience.
