Hi I'm Aaron Martin

I'm a single adult, I love spending time with my family, riding my bike around the hood, and going to social gatherings!

About Me

I’m not your typical young adult that likes to party every weekend and doing things to be noticed, which isn’t the norm now days. But rather I’m striving to go to school and find a future career, going on dates to not just have fun but to find someone to get married to and to start a family with; as well as striving to improve on a daily bases. These may seem weird to do as a young single adult but it is all because of the way I have been raised by my parents. I wasn’t raised in a home that had a lot of money or always up to date with the new tech that is coming out now days. With the lack of money, my parents still always found new ways keep their kids entertained, such as just going to the mountains and eating watermelon as a family. Not having much showed me that things aren’t as important as those who you spend time with. My family may not have much but I do know that they are always there for me and willing to help me in times of difficulty. I love each and everyone of them with all my heart and soul! When I was younger, I didn’t have much confidence in myself because of the mistakes that I made and why I didn't have certain things within my life. But as I have grown up, served a mission for my church in Texas and gone to college, I have learned many life lessons. Some of those lessons are just simply enjoying life, even if it’s not a perfect one, and doing what you can to follow you Heavenly Father’s will for you.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being Mormon or a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The church has always been a part of my life, no matter where I've been or where I've gone. It is part of who I am. Without my faith, I honestly wouldn't know who I would be or where I would be. I have always been Mormon since the day I was born. The reason why is like I said before I love it and it's part of who I am.

How I live my faith

I live my life with an eternal prospective; looking at death as end of one chapter and a start of a new one. As well as seeing that families are eternal and knowing I'll never be separated from them as I strive to keep the promise that I made when I was baptized a member of this church. The way I keep that promise is striving to live every day to the fullest by serving those around me, praying as often I can remember, studying the scriptures, and doing what I can to prepare myself for Sunday worship.
