Hi I'm Theron

I'm a Mormon, and loving it!

About Me

I am 19. I am living in southern Utah currently preparing myself to serve a full time LDS Mission. I'm going to be one of the guys walking around in a suit! I am very excited to take on this monumental task. I graduated from high school 1 year ago. I was an honor roll student, I had a 3.7 GPA. Not the best, but high school wasn't a cake walk for me. I am an Eagle Scout, and proud of it. I am planning to go into the medical field after I serve as a full time missionary. I am excited to get married in the temple, and I am looking forward to that experience with emotion that there is not words for. Excitement, anticipation, hope, and exhilaration are all words that hardly scratch the surface. I am excited for what the future holds and I am ready to jump right in and get started.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. I was a college baby. I was born in 1993 while my parents were attending Brigham Young University. I have grown up in the church. It has been a companion when times were tough, and a friend when I needed. I have so many friends that are Mormon. It has been easy for me to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. However, I have chosen for myself. I am a Mormon because I feel it is right. I feel that my salvation can be found through the gospel I live and the gospel I love. My decision to serve a mission was easy when I found out for myself that this doctrine is true. I want to share what has brought peace and happiness in my life, even though I have only been on this earth for 19 years.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service. Constant and diligent. I try to always have a smile on my face. I try to be an example to those who I associate with. I try to let others see the light of Christ through my actions. I attend church every Sunday wearing a white shirt and tie, and even a suit if occasion calls. I try my hardest to attend youth nights on Tuesdays where I participate in activities with others my age where we engage in fun, uplifting events. I enjoy my time at church. I enjoy hanging out with my peers. I enjoy working. But I do all of these things with a prayer in my heart, for I know that I am here to be a tool in the lords hands. I serve wherever and whenever I can. My mission here on earth is to be like my savior Jesus Christ. And I live my life to become like him.
