Hi I'm Troy Keller

I am married with six children. I'm a lawyer and also like to write fiction. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to travel, fly fish, read and ride bikes for exercise. I write short fiction in my spare time as a hobby. I'm not very good, but it helps me be more creative in my work and other responsibilities, which is important for finding solutions. I am a lawyer at a large public company and work on projects in the US and in foreign countries.

Why I am a Mormon

The teachings of the Church are precious to me, because they reveal an overall plan that provides purpose to life and answers the core questions of our existence. But perhaps more importantly these teachings have led to a relationship with my Heavenly Father that is very real to me and guides the decisions and choices I make in my life.

How I live my faith

Our congregation is truly an extended family, and we rely on each other for support and friendship. Our children also depend on a network of friends and youth leaders in the Church to help them feel safe in the World and reinforce the principles we try to teach and practice at home. We are lucky to have the blessings the Church provides. In turn, we contribute by accepting assignments to teach and fellowship. The Church teaches us to see everyone as a child of God, and that perspective helps me relate to people wherever I may be.
