Hi I'm Kimball

I'm a Mormon. Husband. Father. Firefighter/Paramedic and lover of the outdoors and simple things in life.

About Me

I am a husband and father of three. I work as a firefighter/paramedic and I am grateful for the time it gives me to spend with my growing family. I've lived throughout the Southwestern United States and Mexico before graduating high school. I served a two year LDS mission in Central America and have been forever grateful for the experiences and life long relationships I made. I love the outdoors and staying in shape. Hunting, fishing, backpacking, hiking.

Why I am a Mormon

Though I was born in the church my parents divorced when I was twelve with one of them choosing not to live the gospel. At the age of fifteen I was at a spiritual crossroad in my life either to choose the one parent who continued to live the gospel or choose the other who wasn't opposed to the teachings of the gospel but just simple chose not to live it. As I knelt down and prayed to our Heavenly Father asking him what I should do I got the overwhelming feeling that I should continue living the teachings of Jesus Christ. That answer to my prayer along with many others have acted as a spiritual foot holds.

How I live my faith

I attend church once a week on Sundays with my family. I have taught Sunday school to 11 and 12 year old youth, been in charge of teaching emergency preparedness, CPR and working with the Boy Scouts. I try to live my faith by firstly providing for my family spiritually and temporally.
