Hi I'm Bryan

I am from South Jordan Utah and have lived there all my life. I like to play tennis and basketball and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I come from a large family and love to play sports, especially basketball and ping pong with my older brothers.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this is the true church. Although I grew up in the church, I do know for myself that this church is true, through the power of the Holy Ghost. I have prayed a lot and read the scriptures and have felt the spirit confirm that the Book of Mormon, and church are true. It has blessed my life, and has helped me be happy in life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow Jesus Christ and by helping others out. I do my best to live my life in a way that would be pleasing to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I'm not perfect and I make mistakes, but when I am trying my best to live the commandments, I feel the comfort of knowing that the choices in my life are accepted by my Heavenly Father.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

No, Mormons don't only help Mormons. I was involved during the Hurricane Sandy cleanup in Staten Island, and saw first hand how the church helps others. We (the Mormon Helping Hands group) would have been completely unorganized if we didn't start giving service at member's houses. We visited the members who needed help the first few days, and our group split up and helped their neighbors and their street as well. We got their neighbors contact info and set appointments to come back and clean out their houses. The majority of the people that we helped were NOT members of the church, and everyone who we helped was very appreciative of the service that we did. Show more Show less
