Dane is 27 and got married this last summer of 2011 that at the moment lives in Colorado. Corey is married and has 2 children and is living in Florida. Megan was married at the age of 18 and has one girl she adopted at birth, and lives in Ohio. Lance just came back from his mission and is going to college and working at finding a wife currently living in Idaho going to Byui. Quintin just got married last summer as well also living in Idaho. Then me I am currently serving a full time mission in long beach Cali. I will be here for 2 years and I have a wonderful Girl friend that supports me here and will be there for when I return home. I am loving it here I ride a bike every where I go and have a Samoan elder as a companion. As far as hobbies go I love playing sports whenever I get a chance to do it I will. I played football defense on the line and special teams as a walk on for my senior year :) I also enjoyed playing soccer for Anthony Wayne in Ohio I was a forward right wing and sometimes played goally when our goally wanted a break on some of the really fun easy games. I’m not going to college I worked construction for proly 10 years I now know who to build a house for the most part most of the basic things.

Why I am a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon is I was so fortunate to grow up in the church. My parents are converts to the church. It’s a very long story how they became members. But from what it told me it started from when they were still dating back in the day. My mom had locked herself out of her house and she went next door because they had been given a spare key for times like this when they locked then self’s out. And they were canning for food storage and got talking about why they did that. And the lady set up a time for the missionaries to come to the house for the discussions and my mom asked if it was ok to bring my dad as well they said of course. Then my parents started taking the lessons and they enjoyed the lessons. My parents soon after that were married in the church then baptized in the church. After that they were able to go to the temple and started have the kids soon after and that is really the whole reason I am who I am today I am completely grateful for what they were able to do then it really set the example for me in my life to do everything I can to become closer to our heavenly father that looks out for all of us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by participating in the ward (church) I attended before I came on my mission to Cali. I had a calling in the singles ward to teach second hour. Every week I would prepare a lesson for my class. From what they told me I had great lesson I have no idea because I would have to had been in the audience to know if I were any good. But of course that is impossible. Well after we had are classes we would mingle after and bring food for like a potluck. Going to church each week use to be boring at times I’m not going to lie but the only reason that it was boring is because I made it boring and not interesting and that’s why every lesson that I got to now is so much more interesting now that I really understand the point. I never had to do a lot of home teaching because I was younger but I do all remember going out with my father and doing visits with his home teaching families. I remember also doing all of the labor at their houses when they need anything done around there. Which i was happy to do because I was always super excited to help someone out kind of sounds lame but I was always so excited to help out when ever I could.
