Hi I'm Cami!

I'm from California. I love to learn just about everything. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a Californian girl at heart! I love the sun and beach, and I love the summer days. Even though I have lived there most of my life, I have lived in another state for a year- on my own! I hope someday to travel the world and see what the books tell you. The world holds so much and I want to mingle and befriend those that live in different cultures. I have been singing throughout my whole life. I know that I am not a professional but I know that this gift given to me is special. My family has always encouraged me to share my gift and am thankful for their support and encouragement. Maybe someday I will sing to the world...? I have always been very interested in learning about the human body and plan to go into Athletic Training when I am finish serving my mission. The church is the best thing about me!

Why I am a Mormon

I never really knew what life could really mean until I took a step back and really look at the blessings that I have been given. I knew that my life is not perfect but I have learn that through the Savior, I can really learn to love the life I have been given. In my high years, I went into depression, enough to realize that I need help! How thankful I was that I had a mom who cared and a chior teacher that knew that something was up! With them, I was able to get the right help. During this time, I was able to draw myself near to my Father in Heaven and realize the Atonement was something I needed to rely on. That was several years ago. I am now a strong follower and I know that my Savior lives. He has blessed me with so many things and I thankful everyday that he let me have another day to try harder. Right now I am in the midwest serving a mission for 18 months. I know that I can do anything through Him. What peace this brings to my heart knowing this truth!

How I live my faith

I have helped along with many children and youth in my home ward. Just before I left for my mission, I was with the Young Women and I got to even go to Girl's Camp with them! The youth are amazing and I am so glad to have worked along side them!
