Hi I'm Mandi

I'm a conductor and composer. I recently graduated from Berklee, College of Music in Boston, now living in L. A. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in Los Angeles currently working with a film scorer and teaching music privately. My goal is to become a famous composer and conductor. I love being outside, water skiing and wake boarding are awesome. I recently moved from the east coast where I was going to school and interning in New York City, and Boston, so Los Angeles is a breath of fresh air. I love the wild life you can see just going out to the ocean for a day, gives me great inspiration for my compositions!

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to be a part of the Latter Day Saint faith every day. I gain a bit more assurance of the truth of this gospel every day. I know the Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon, I know he was inspired of God, and had the visions he had. He gave his life up for the work, and I have a firm testimony of that. By knowing that, everything else follows. I have come to know my Saviour well through the Book of Mormon and the Bible. There is no way that either of them, separate could give me the insight and revelations that both of them together have given in my life.

How I live my faith

It seems wherever I go, they find that I am musical within the first hour of me being in the congregation! :) I love my callings as they have often times allowed me to share my talents and skills, and even provided me with new musical challenges, such as arranging music for the Easter program, or performing with the choir for Christmas. I also am asked to play for sacrament and lead the music once in a while.
